My Exercise Routine
I really love going to the gym and keeping fit, so I thought I would share my exercise routine.
When I first go into the gym I warm up on the treadmill. I walk for 5 minutes on speed 4, then run for 2 minutes on speed 8. I then walk for another 3 minutes on speed 4, then run for another 2 minutes on speed 8. I repeat this until I get to 25 minutes. I then cool down by walking on speed 3 for a minute.
I then row on the rowing machine for 20 minutes.
After the rowing machine, I will go on the arms machine and do 10 reps on 25kg, 10 reps on 20kg, 10 reps on 30kg, 10 reps on 25kg and then 10 reps on 35kg.
Then it's time to go on the mats. I stretch all parts of my body before doing anything. I then do 60 Russian Twists with a weighted ball that's 3kg and 20 sit-ups with the same ball. I then stretch again and leave.
