♥ Are Raspberry Ketones Worth The Hype? ♥

I have always struggle with my weight and when I found out about Raspberry Ketones I ordered some straight away. Raspberry Ketones are said to help you lose weight. I have bought four different brands of Raspberry Ketones and tested them for one month each to compare the results.

The first ones that I have tried are the Bio Active Raspberry ones. You have to have two tablets a day and there is 60 capsules per bottle.

Price - 6/10 These are £38.87 per bottle, which I think is pretty expensive.

Effectiveness - 9/10 These were very very effective and I did lose a lot of weight and I didn't feel as hungry.

Overall - 8/10 They are very effective but are very expensive. Also its a bit misleading as you do have to pay for the free trial.

The second ones I tried were the Holland and Barrett Raspberry Ketones. You take 2 capsules a day and in the bottle I bought there was 60 capsules per bottle.

Price - 9/10 These are £9.99 per bottle, which I think is a really good price and is very reasonable.

Effectiveness - 5/10 They were kind of effective, they helped stop me gaining much weight but they don't have any other ingredients that stop hunger so I was always hungry.

Overall - 6/10 They are good if you just want lose weight in the short term.

The third ones that I tried were the Nutriodol Raspberry Ketones, these were from Amazon. You have to take 2 tablets 10-30 minutes before you eat and the packet has 120 tablets in.

Price - 10/10 These are £6.99 which is so cheap especially compared to others.

Effectiveness - 7/10 They are so effective for losing weight.

Overall- 7/10 - They are effective for losing weight but it is annoying having to take it before you eat because I normally forget.

The last one that I tried was the Evolution Slimming Raspberry Ketones. These has been on TV adverts. You have to have 2 tablets a day and the bottles contain 60 tablets.

Price - 5/10 These are the most expensive ones I tried as they were £39.95.

Effectiveness - 6/10 They work really well as they helped me lose weight, but they didn't work very well at surprising my hunger.  

Overall - 5/10 They helped me lose weight but isn't worth the money.
