MAC Lipstick Collection - Matte and Retro Matte

MAC Lipstick Collection - Part One

I love MAC lipsticks and I love collecting them. I also buy lipliners to go with all my MAC lipsticks, so I will be doing blog posts in the future showing lipliner and lipstick  combinations.

Matte Lipsticks

MAC matte lipsticks are my favourite formula that MAC does. I have the most matte lipsticks in my MAC lipstick collection. So here goes, there is quite a few.

Velvet Teddy

Velvet Teddy is a deep toned beige colour lipstick. I really love this lipstick and it was my first MAC lipstick. It is my go to lipstick and it is my most used one.

Whirl

Whirl is a dirty rose coloured lipstick. I really love this colour, it is a deeper version of Velvet Teddy.

Mehr

Mehr is a dirty blue pink colour lipstick. This colour is the my lips but better colour and it is perfect when I don't want an in your face colour.

Taupe

Taupe is a muted reddish taupe colour lipstick. I haven't worn this colour very much, but it is a very flattering colour on light and mid tone skin.

Diva

Diva is an intense reddish burgundy colour lipstick. Diva is my go to dark red tone and it really suits my skin tone.

Kinda Sexy

Kinda Sexy is a neutral prink rose colour lipstick. This is a slightly lighter more pink version of velvet teddy. I do like this colour, but it is slightly too light for my skin tone.

Persistence

Persistence is a peachy cinnamon coloured lipstick. I love this colour, but it is very similar to taupe so I would buy one or the other.

Lady Danger

Lady Danger is a vivid bright coral red coloured lipstick. This lipstick is a very orange colour, so I don't wear it very often. 

D for Danger

D for danger is a neutral berry coloured lipstick. It is a very wearable red colour and I think it is my most worn red colour for every day use.

Russian Red

Russian Red is an intense blush red colour lipstick. It is a very flattering bold red colour and it is my favourite colour to wear when going out in the evenings.

Sin

Sin is a deep dark blue red coloured lipstick. This lipstick is a really great colour for making your teeth look whiter and brighter as it is blue toned. I do find that it is a touch too dark for every day use.

Men Love Mystery

Men Love Mystery is a lavender violet colour lipstick. This is my all time favourite MAC lipstick. It is a very pretty colour and is very very flattering. This lipstick is a pinky purple colour and it fades really well.

Instigator

Instigator is a deep blacked plum colour lipstick. I haven't had the confidence to wear this lipstick outside my house yet but I really love this colour.

Retro Matte

Ruby Woo

Ruby Woo is  a very matte vivid blue red colour lipstick. This lipstick is another colour that makes your teeth whiter, but I really find that the formula is very very dry and hard to wear.
