Gluten Free Blondie Recipe

Sorry its been a few weeks since my last post, but I have been ill in bed the last week.

If you are a Tanya Burr fan you may have seen her video a while ago, when see made Blondies. Blondies are white chocolate brownies, and are delicious. As everything in my family has to be made gluten free, I decided to tweek it slightly to make it work with gluten free flour. I had to make it a few times to make it perfect, and I am now ready to share the recipe.

Ingredients;
150g of caster sugar
2 eggs
125g of butter
200g of gluten free plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
150g of white chocolate
•     150g of white chocolate chips

1- Firstly you need to get all your ingredients out, pre heat your oven to 170 degrees celsius and grease a baking tin.

2- Then put the butter and chocolate (not the chocolate chips) in a bowl and melt it over a saucepan of boiling water.

3- When the butter and chocolate mixture has melted down to a liquid, mix in the sugar.

4- Then add vanilla extract and the eggs and mix then in well.

5- Add in the salt and the flour, when it has completely been mixed in you need to add in the chocolate chips.

6- Pour the mixture into the tin and put on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

7- When they have cooled, cut into squares. These are soft and crumble easily, so these wont win any presentation prizes. The darker colours on top doesn't mean it's burnt, just means it's cooked.

If you make these please tag me in the photos. These are so delicious.

Thankyou for reading, hope you enjoyed this.

Lots of love,

Beth
