Gluten Free Brownie Recipe
I love brownies a lot and are the things I bake the most. As everything in my family has to be made gluten free, I decided to tweek it slightly to make it work with gluten free flour. I had to make it a few times to make it perfect, and I am now ready to share the recipe. These brownies don't have any chocolate chips or nuts in, but feel free to add them in before pouring it into the tin.
Ingredients;
• 300g of caster sugar
• 3 eggs
• 115g of butter
• 115g of gluten free brown rice flour
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 65g of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 150g of white chocolate chips
• 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
1- Firstly you need to get all your ingredients out, pre heat your oven to 175 degrees celsius and grease a baking tin.
2- Then put the butter, salt and sugar in a bowl and melt it over a saucepan of boiling water.
3- Blend in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
4- Mix in the eggs one at a time and mix it until it is shiney.
5- Add in the flour and the baking powder.
6- Pour the mixture into the tin and put on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
7- When they have cooled, cut into squares. You can add icing sugar on top as a finishing touch if you would like to.
If you make these please tag me in the photos. These are so delicious.
