Green Nail Polish Review

This time I am going to be reviewing a few of my green nail polishes. I get the majority of my nail polishes from Boots or Superdrug.

The first nail polish is from Rimmel London, in the colour 260 green grass.

Colour - 5/10 - The colour of this nail polish is kind of a gross colour, and it looks worse on the nails than in the bottle.

Chip? - 7/10 - This nail polish doesn't chip very easy, as Rimmel nail polishes are good quality.

Application - 8/10 - I find that the brush is a good shape and it makes the nail varnish go on smoothly and evenly.

Durability - 7/10 - It tends to last 3 or 4 days before starting to chip away or dent.

Price - 8/10 - The price of this product is £2.99, which I think is quite expensive for a colour I would only wear once or twice.

Overall - 6/10 - I am not keen on the colour of this product, but the quality is good.

The second nail polish is from Maybelline New York Color Show, in the colour 754 Pow Green.

Colour - 5/10 - This nail polish isn't the most flattering colour on me, but I actually like the colour a lot..

Chip? - 8/10 - This nail polish is very good quality and doesn't chip easily.

Application - 8/10 - The brush isn't as good as the Rimmel brush but it still gives a very even coverage.

Durability - 7/10 - It tends to last 3 to 4 days without chipping as its really good quality.

Price - 8/10 - The price of this product is £2.99, which I think it a really reasonable price.

Overall - 6/10 - This is a really good quality nail varnish and I think that the colour will look amazing on more tanned skin.

The third nail varnish is from Maybelline New York Color Show, in the colour214 green with envy.

Colour - 9/10 - This nail polish is an amazing colour and I think it suits all skin tones.

Chip? - 8/10 - Maybelline nail polishes are very good quality and tend not the chip easily.

Application - 8/10 - I find that the nail varnish does need two coats to look even.

Durability - 7/10 - As Maybelline nail polish is very good quality and tends to last 3 to 4 days without chipping.

Price - 8/10 - The price of this product is £2.99, which I think it a good price for the product and Maybelline always have a 3 for the price of 2 offer.

Overall - 8/10 - This nail polish is a very good nail polish and I absolutely love this colour.

The last nail polish I am going to be reviewing is from Topshop, in the colour 201 valley. I bought this in Topshop obviously.

Colour - 7/10 - This nail polish is an amazing greeny blue colour and is slightly glittery. It is just amazing.

Chip? - 4/10 - I have found that this nail varnish does chip easily.

Application - 5/10 - This nail polish does need more than one coat, as it’s consistency is pretty thin.

Durability - 4/10 - It tends to last 1 to 2 days without chipping and I think that this may because you need more than one coat.

Price - 4/10 - The price of this product is £5.00, which I think is too expensive especially as this colour chips more easily than others from Topshop.

Overall - 5/10 - This product is a very nice colour but does need a few coats too look nice and chips very easily.

Thankyou for reading, I am going to be doing this for pink, burgundy, red, nude, light and dark blue nail polish. If there is an other colour you want me to review just comment.

Lots of love

Beth
