Nude Nail Varnish Review

This time I am going to be reviewing a few of my nude nail polishes. I get all my nail polishes from Boots or Superdrug.

The first nail polish is from Tanya Burr’s range, in the colour Penguin Chick. Tanya Burr’s collection is only sold in Superdrug and online.

Colour - 8/10 - This nail polish is such a nice nude, it looks good on anyone and doesn't make pale hands look horrible as many nudes do.

Chip? - 7/10 - This nail polish doesn't chip very easily, and sets completely after a few minutes.

Application - 7/10 - I find that the brush is amazing at creating an even coat.

Durability - 6/10 - It lasts around 2 or 3 days before chipping.

Price - 7/10 - The price of this product is £4.99, but I think its worth it.

Overall - 7/10 - I really really like this colour and I absolutely adore the name Tanya has given it.

The second nail polish is from Champneys, in the colour Champagne.

Colour - 3/10 - This colour is good but after 4 or 5 coats, its a very nice shimmery nude colour.

Chip? - 4/10 - This nail polish chips very easily, especially as you need a lot of coats to make it look better.

Application - 5/10 - The brush is pretty thin so its hard to get an even coat.

Durability - 3/10 - It chips really really badly so it only lasts 1 or 2 days.

Price - 2/10 - The price of this product is £15.00, which I think it a really expensive for something that is so useless.

Overall - 3/10 - I think its way to expensive for this colour, but the brands other nail polish are good quality. I think that because its just a pale colour it needs a lot of coats to be a solid colour.

The last nail polish I am going to be reviewing is Rimmel London from the Rita Ora collection, in the colour 498 Rain rain go away.

Colour - 7/10 - This nail polish is an amazing nude colour.

Chip? - 7/10 -This nail polish is really good quality and doesn't chip easily at all.

Application - 9/10 - The brush on this nail polish is amazing and gives a really even coverage and only needs one coat to look fabulous.

Durability - 8/10 - It tends to last 3 to 4 days without chipping as its a good quality product.

Price - 8/10 - The price of this product is £2.99 and I think that its a very reasonable price.

Overall - 8/10 - This nail polish is a great colour and only needs one coat to look amazing.

Thankyou for reading, I am going to be doing this for pink, burgundy, red, nude, light and dark blue nail polish. If there is an other colour you want me to review just comment.

Lots of love

Beth
