MAC False Lashes Extreme Black Review

I recently was sent a small tester of MAC’s False Lashes Extreme Black mascara. This product’s RRP (recommended retail price) is £19.00.

Packaging - 6/10 - I think that it looks a bit plain just being black but I love the shape of the sample and the full size mascara.

Application - 6/10 - The brush is really good, so the mascara goes on smoothly and evenly. It lengthens and separates lashes, but clumps ever so slightly.

Durability - 6/10 - It’s quite long lasting but does start to fade after 5 or 6 hours.

Consistency - 6/10 - The product is very very black but is slightly sticky and you sometimes have to wipe the excess mascara off the wand.

Easiness to use - 7/10 - The brush is really really easy to use which makes the mascara go on evenly.

Price - 4/10 - I think the price of this product is way too expensive. I know it is a MAC product and you're paying for the brand name, but you would expect a good quality mascara that doesn't clump at all.

Overall - 6/10 - It is an okay mascara, it is one of MAC’s better mascara’s though.

Repurchase? - Nope, there are mascaras that I have found to be a lot better for a cheaper price.
